Examining Contango’s financial filings, the closing occurred on October 25, 2019, for a total of $23 Million and covered 159,872 nma (12,560 acres in North Louisana and 147,312 acres in Western Anadarko Basin.) Looking at the well records inside of Convey640, this transfer appears to be related to the wells that Will Energy Corp purchased from Lime Rock Resources II in February of this year.
