Brigham Minerals Divested STACK Minerals
Brigham Minerals, Inc. recently released their 3rd Quarter 2021 Operating and Financial Results. In the notes, Brigham stated that “In October, divested $9.2 million of undeveloped STACK minerals…” The seller was not disclosed, however, thanks to our platform we can clearly see the buyer and locations.
Continental Resources Enters The Permian: Although not directly related to Oklahoma activity news, we feel like it’s a big deal that an Oklahoma City-based company has entered the Permian….hopefully, means more jobs for the state!
PHX Minerals Announces Mineral Acquisition: “PHX completed the acquisition of approximately 220 net royalty acres located primarily in Stephens County, Okla., for $1,216,374 (the “Acquisition”). The Acquisition is predominately in the same area of the SCOOP Springboard III play as the Company’s previously closed April 2021 acquisition where current drilling activity continues to accelerate.”
- We think we have an idea on the seller, but waiting for a few more tracts to show up in our platform before we make that call.
